SepraSol single open-ended coalescers pair a high-area pleated medium with polymer support and drainage layers to remove aerosols and fine solids while keeping the saturated differential pressure low. A stainless steel core resists collapse, and the single O-ring seal prevents bypass for consistent performance. Each element is hydrophobic and oleophobic, so it drains quickly and recovers fast after slugs. In typical service you can expect high efficiency removal at 0.3 micrometers and very low downstream liquid levels. Use this design to protect rotating equipment, reduce foaming in treating units, and safeguard catalysts and membranes.
