Nexis® T Filter Cartridges, NXT540UM7WS480

Built for high-flow beverage duty, the NXT540UM7WS480 combines 5 µm nominal retention with a 40-inch single-open-end design. The Nexis T media uses CoLD Melt technology to form a continuous graded-pore matrix that maximizes depth loading and slows the rise in differential pressure. A fixed-fiber structure resists unloading, supporting stable filtrate quality over long runs. The cartridge is all-polypropylene and contains no adhesives or binders. An M7 fin end with two locking tabs and external 226 silicone O-rings provides secure, repeatable sealing in compatible sanitary housings.
