PSS® Metal Filters MBS1001S200H2

The S Series PSS 1000 style module combines a seamless, sintered 316L stainless medium with a standard 10 inch DOE format for quick fit-up. Grade S200 provides absolute 20 micron retention with high efficiency, making it effective as a prefilter or equipment guard in liquid and gas service. The fixed-pore, high-void matrix yields low clean pressure drop and high dirt-holding capacity, then cleans readily by backflush or chemicals to lower lifecycle cost. Standard stainless constructions withstand a minimum 50 psid collapse in forward or reverse flow to 600° F. Use S200 to stabilize operation upstream of membranes, dryers, meters, and catalysts while maintaining energy-efficient pressure profiles.
