This PSS 1000 Series double-open-end element achieves 20 µm removal at 100 percent efficiency using a seamless, sinter-bonded 316L stainless-steel medium. The fixed-pore structure preserves cut-point accuracy through start-ups and flow swings, while high void volume drives low clean pressure drop and high dirt capacity. An EPDM seal supports broad chemical use and steam-service practices. Clean-in-place by backflush or chemical soak extends on-stream life and reduces changeouts. Use it for utility liquids, process-gas polishing, and steam conditioning where low energy cost, quick maintenance, and repeatable protection of downstream equipment are priorities.
