For extended duty cycles and straightforward maintenance, the Claris CLR1040W480 combines a long 40-inch format with proven melt-blown depth media. Its graded pore structure captures a broad size range through the full media thickness, increasing holding capacity. Polypropylene fibers are thermally bonded to stabilize retention, and an extruded polypropylene core adds rigidity while preserving depth function. The cartridge contains no adhesives, binders, or surfactants, supporting compatibility in many food and beverage process fluids. The DOE, no-end-cap configuration offers flexible housing fit and easy end-of-life handling.
