When tight clarity is the goal, the NXT340UM3WS480 delivers 3 µm nominal retention in a 40-inch single-open-end design. CoLD Melt fiber technology creates a graded-pore path that captures fine haze while maintaining efficient flow, extending service life. The fixed-fiber matrix is highly stable, reducing contaminant unloading at rising differential pressure. All-polypropylene construction contains no adhesives or binders. This M3 adapter style uses a flat closed end with external 222 silicone O-rings for repeatable, leak-tight sealing in compatible sanitary housings. Typical uses include prefiltration ahead of final membranes and clarification of process water in beverage production.
