The NXT3030UM7WS480 delivers 30 µm nominal retention for upstream particle control in beverage processes. Its CoLD Melt graded-pore structure captures coarse material efficiently while maintaining low resistance to flow, helping downstream filters last longer. The fixed-fiber matrix provides structural integrity to limit unloading as differential pressure rises. The cartridge is all-polypropylene and free of adhesives or binders. With a single-open-end M7 fin end and external 226 silicone O-rings, sealing is secure and repeatable in compatible housings. Use it as a first-line prefilter for utilities, ingredient preparation, and fermenter transfers where robust, economical clarification is needed.
