The S Series PSS 1000 style element brings a seamless, sinter-bonded 316L stainless medium to a standard 10 inch DOE format for straightforward retrofit. Grade S100 targets 10 micron absolute retention with high efficiency in liquids and gases. A high-void matrix drives low clean pressure drop and high dirt-holding capacity, while the fixed-pore structure prevents media migration and unloading. Elements are repeatedly cleanable by backflush or chemical methods to reduce waste and operating cost. Standard stainless constructions withstand a minimum 50 psid collapse in forward or reverse flow to 600° F.
