PSS® Metal Filters C23196S100

This S Series PSS cylinder pairs a seamless, sintered 316L stainless medium with a threaded connector for robust, compact installation. The engineered pore structure provides uniform retention and at least two times the dirt-holding capacity of conventional porous metal designs. Grade S100 targets 10 micron absolute retention with high efficiency in liquids and gases, while the high-void matrix supports low clean pressure drop at the recommended flow density. The metal medium is cleanable and resists media migration, enabling long on-stream life with predictable pressure behavior. Standard stainless versions are rated for a minimum 50 psid collapse in forward or reverse flow to 600° F, and wider temperature ranges are available with alternate alloys. Choose S100 for dependable polishing of process gases, solvents, oils, and utility streams where easy maintenance and stable performance are priorities.
