Get cleaner gas with less pressure loss and faster recovery. SepraSol double open-ended coalescers use a high-area, pleated resin-bonded medium with polymer support and drainage layers to strip aerosols and fine solids while holding a low saturated differential pressure. A stainless steel core adds strength through start-ups and slugs, and the tie rod seal and nut create a tight, bypass-free seal. Each element is hydrophobic and oleophobic so liquid drains quickly and re-entrainment is minimized. In typical service you can expect 0.3 micrometer solids removal at very high efficiency and downstream liquid levels as low as a few parts per billion by weight. Use this format to protect compressors and turbines, condition fuel gas, cut amine or glycol losses, and keep downstream catalysts and desiccants dry.
