This SUPRAdisc SD 300 module pairs K 300 depth media with a flat gasket interface and 1.8 m2 filtration area to target catalyst carryover in clarification steps. Each lenticular cell sandwiches two depth sheets around a molded drainage plate to reduce flow resistance, spread flow evenly, and stabilize the pack as differential pressure rises. Stacked cells compress on a core and seal reliably even in the dry state, supporting smooth start ups and quick changeouts. The flat gasket design includes an integrated gripping groove for safer handling. Polypropylene module components are suitable for operation up to 80 C with compatible fluids, with a 2.4 bar maximum differential pressure. Gasket material is Perpunan for robust sealing.
