Seitz® K Series Depth Filter Sheets, Seitz EKS 400x400

Seitz EKS is a very tight depth sheet grade for fine clarification and microorganism reduction before final filtration. The cellulose-mineral matrix is manufactured for narrow permeability tolerance and a stable cut-point, which supports bright, repeatable filtrate quality with a gradual pressure rise. EKS is commonly used as the last sheet step in beer and wine lines, as well as in sensitive juices and flavorings where final appearance matters. The sheet can be hot-water or steam-sanitized within published limits and is typically rinsed before service. Homogeneous construction and tight process controls deliver lot-to-lot consistency for reliable scale-up and staging. The 400 x 400 mm format supports compact presses used in pilot and small batch production and can be paired with EK and KS grades to tailor performance.
