Seitz® K Series Depth Filter Sheets, K 200 600x612

Seitz K 200 increases solids-holding versus light polishing grades, making it a strong clarifier for juice, wine, and ingredient streams with moderate turbidity. The cellulose-mineral depth media provides combined adsorption and mechanical retention, yielding steady clarity with a gradual differential-pressure rise. Produced for homogeneity and controlled permeability, K 200 supports predictable performance and straightforward scale-up. Sheets can be hot-water or steam-sanitized within published limits and rinsed prior to use for clean start-up. The 600 x 612 mm size integrates with widely used plate-and-frame presses in mid-scale production and can be staged with coarser K 300 to K 700 grades upstream or tighter KS and EK sheets downstream to tune cut-point and service life.
