Description
This 20-inch, 0.1-micron Posidyne UP filter is designed for ultrapure water applications in semiconductor manufacturing. It has a positive zeta potential charge over a wide pH range and excellent particle removal efficiency. The filter is 100% integrity tested and supports quick rinse-up.
