Built for beverage prefiltration, this 30-inch Profile UP element combines a pleated depth matrix with a progressive pore-structure to load more particles before the differential pressure rises. The UY020 grade delivers 2.0 micron removal at 99.98 percent efficiency, supporting reliable clarification ahead of final membranes. Its all-polypropylene media and hardware are thermally bonded for clean performance, and a Code 7 SOE adapter with a fin end and external 226 O-rings provides a positive seal in sanitary housings. For hygienic operation, the cartridge is hot-water sanitizable and steam-sterilizable, enabling repeatable reuse. Use this grade for tighter prefiltration to protect downstream membranes in beer, wine, or cider.
