Built for demanding fluids and gases, the AB1PH7H provides 13 µm removal (100%) using a seamless PSS stainless-steel medium. The AB sanitary-style interface features an O-ring piston seal for quick, positive seating, while a fluorocarbon elastomer extends chemical and temperature coverage in aggressive services. High void volume lowers initial pressure drop and increases dirt capacity, which helps stabilize operations and lengthen maintenance intervals. Because the sinter-bonded matrix is rigid, it resists particulate unloading during start-ups, shutdowns, and flow swings. The element can be cleaned and returned to service, making it a cost-effective option for solvent filtration, steam conditioning, and process gas polishing where consistent clarity is essential.
