Seitz HS 2000 is a high-stability clarification sheet that pairs strong wet strength with controlled permeability for dependable polish. The homogeneous cellulose-mineral matrix delivers a consistent cut point and a gradual, predictable rise in differential pressure, which helps maintain throughput and protect downstream finishing steps. HS 2000 is widely used in beer and wine clarification, enzyme and protein solutions, and as prefiltration before cartridges or membranes. Manufactured for media homogeneity, it provides repeatable results across campaigns. Within published limits, sheets can be hot-water or steam-sanitized and should be rinsed prior to service to establish a clean start-up.
