The SUPRApak SW 5200 LW is a high-performance depth filter module designed for the final filtration of food and beverage products, including enzyme solutions and sweeteners. This L-size (16-inch) module features SW 5200 grade media, the tightest grade in the SW series, offering the highest relative clarity. The unique "edge flow" design maximizes the utilization of the filter sheets, providing up to six times higher throughput compared to classical sheet filtration. The enclosed system increases process safety and product quality by eliminating drip losses. This module can be sanitized with hot water for repeated use, making it an economical solution for final filtration steps.
