The Poly-Fine XLD XLD1520UENET combines depth and pleated technologies to deliver long life with tight, reproducible retention at 1.5 µm. Proprietary gel-guard media helps intercept deformable gels that often bypass conventional filters, while the pleated format increases area for low clean pressure drop and high dirt capacity. The all-polypropylene construction is free of surfactants, binders, and adhesives to support clean processing. This DOE version with EPDM gaskets fits common industrial housings for easy retrofit. Use the 20-inch XLD element to protect downstream membranes, reduce haze, and improve stability in beverages, fine chemicals, and plant utilities where gel loads and variable feed conditions challenge standard prefilters.
