The PFD8 is a compact reservoir vent-filter dryer for applications that need drying and 1-micron air filtration in a shorter package. As air enters the tank, it passes through desiccant and a particulate stage to remove moisture and fine dust. The built-in isolation valve system ensures that only incoming air is directed through the media and stops reverse flow, helping preserve desiccant capacity. A sight-window provides quick visual indication of media condition, and the spin-on canister streamlines service. Mount vertically for correct operation. For life planning, use the chart guidance that relates relative humidity and breathing volume to the number of cycles; the 8-inch assembly has reduced capacity compared with the taller version.
