Designed for space-constrained installations, the PFD8AR delivers the same core functions as larger models in a shorter package. The spin-on canister contains drying media and a 1-micron filter stage to remove humidity and fine particulate from incoming make-up air. An isolation valve system directs only incoming flow through the dryer and prevents reverse flow, which helps maintain desiccant performance. A clear sight-window makes media checks simple. The assembly mounts vertically and is recommended for flows up to 7 SCFM. Service life depends on ambient humidity and how much air the reservoir breathes per cycle; use the provided chart to plan maintenance. With an operating temperature range from -65 F to 180 F, the PFD8AR supports hydraulic reservoirs, lube oil tanks, and fuel storage where drier, cleaner intake air protects fluid health.
