PSS® Plus Metal Elements, MBS1001PAHJ

The MBS1001PAHJ is a 10-inch PSS Plus porous-metal filter element designed for aggressive liquid and steam applications in food-and-beverage environments. Its 316L stainless-steel medium is sintered to form a fine, uniform pore structure that tightens permeability and improves filtration efficiency. The AH rating supports 10 µm liquid and 1 µm gas performance, recommended for clean-steam service and well-suited to solvents, chemical intermediates, polymers, and high-temperature gases. With 0.05 m2 of filtration area and a 2.33 in diameter, the element offers low initial pressure drop in a compact footprint. It is rated to 75 psid at 200 F in forward and reverse flow for reliable operation under cycling conditions. EPR O-rings provide a robust seal solution where that elastomer is specified.
