Seitz K 100 provides dependable polishing for beverage and ingredient streams that need steady clarity with economical pressure drop. A cellulose-based matrix with graded mineral aids delivers combined surface capture and depth loading, helping remove fine haze and dispersed solids without compromising flow. Tight manufacturing controls yield a homogeneous structure and consistent permeability, which supports predictable performance across production lots. Typical use cases include wine and juice polishing, enzyme solution cleanup, and prefiltration ahead of final cartridges or membranes. Sheets can be hot-water or steam-sanitized within published limits and should be rinsed before service for clean start-up. The 600 x 612 mm size fits widely used plate-and-frame presses in mid-scale plants and can be staged with coarser K grades upstream or tighter KS and EK grades downstream to tune cut-point and run length.
