Poly-Fine® II Filter Cartridges PFT240USM7

Built for high throughput, the PFT240USM7 uses a 40-inch pleated polypropylene depth pack at 2 µm to support long run lengths with stable pressure behavior. An M7 SOE fin end with external 226 O-rings and silicone elastomers provides positive, repeatable sealing and speeds changeouts in sanitary-style housings. The all-polypropylene, thermally bonded construction is free of binders and resins for clean processing and fast rinse-up. Typical recommendations include a changeout at 2.4 bar (35 psid) and forward limits of 4.8 bar (70 psid) at 20°C or 2.8 bar (40 psid) at 65°C in compatible fluids. Use this cartridge to protect downstream membranes and to standardize clarity in higher-flow process streams.
