Poly-Fine® II Filter Cartridges PFT0840USM7

Built for long service intervals, this 40-inch Poly-Fine II cartridge uses 0.8 µm pleated polypropylene depth media to provide stable particulate control with a low initial pressure drop. An SOE fin end with external 226 O-rings (M7 adaptor) and silicone elastomers locks in securely and speeds changeouts. The media€™s narrow pore size distribution supports reproducible retention, making it well-suited as a prefilter to protect downstream membranes. Elements are free of binders, resins, and adhesives and can be sanitized with hot water; multiple autoclave cycles are also supported under no end load. Recommended changeout is 2.4 bar (35 psid) differential pressure, with typical forward limits of 4.8 bar (70 psid) at 20°C and 2.8 bar (40 psid) at 65°C. Use where high area, tight 0.8 µm control, and M7 sealing are required.
