The PFT0840UE offers extended media area in a 40-inch length with a 0.8µm retention grade for consistent clarification and long run times. Pleated polypropylene depth media captures non-deformable solids efficiently while maintaining low pressure drop. A DOE industrial end and EPDM gasket provide a straightforward fit in common industrial housings. The cartridge's all-polypropylene, thermally bonded construction contains no binders or resins and rinses rapidly to 18 megohm-cm. For sizing, plan changeout at 2.4 bar (35 psid) differential pressure, observing typical maximum forward limits of 4.8 bar (70 psid) at 20°C and 2.8 bar (40 psid) at 65°C in compatible fluids. It is a solid choice where higher capacity and DOE sealing are desired for prefiltration or final particle removal.
