This Poly-Fine II cartridge pairs a 0.8µm retention grade with a 30-inch format to deliver reliable particle control and a long on-stream life. The pleated, all-polypropylene depth media provides high area and a tight, consistent pore structure to capture non-deformable solids while protecting downstream membranes. An SOE fin end with external 226 O-rings (M7 adaptor) and EPDM elastomers seats positively in compatible housings for fast, repeatable changeouts. Poly-Fine II elements are free of binders, resins, and adhesives and rinse up quickly, supporting clean processing. Typical limits include a recommended changeout at 2.4 bar (35 psid) differential pressure and a maximum forward differential pressure of 4.8 bar (70 psid) at 20°C or 2.8 bar (40 psid) at 65°C in compatible fluids. Use this grade for clarification and prefiltration where consistent 0.8µm performance, broad chemical compatibility, and sanitary-style sealing are important.
