The MBS1001PAHH5 brings PSS Plus performance to demanding steam and chemical services that call for FEPM elastomers. Its 316L stainless-steel, sintered medium is fabricated for a more uniform pore structure, delivering consistent permeability and effective particle retention. The AH rating supports 10 µm liquid and 1 µm gas service, making it a strong fit for clean-steam lines, process gases, and challenging liquids used in beverage production. The 10-inch format provides 0.05 m2 of area and maintains a low clean pressure drop, while the all-metal construction offers excellent pressure and corrosion resistance, including tolerance to reverse-flow events. Rated to 75 psid at 200 F in forward and reverse directions, this element is a durable choice where temperature, pressure, and chemical resistance are critical.
