AquaSep® Plus Coalescers & Separators LCS2B1AH

The AquaSep Plus LCS2B1AH is a 20-inch liquid-liquid coalescer engineered for high-volume applications where entrained water and surfactants pose a challenge. As part of a multi-stage system, this coalescer element first captures particulates and then efficiently coalesces and separates the dispersed liquid phase from the continuous phase fluid. The proprietary glass fiber media is specifically designed to function effectively even when faced with low interfacial tension streams, a condition that disarms traditional coalescers. It consistently achieves effluent water levels below 15 ppmv, starting from inlet concentrations as high as 3% water by volume. This robust performance is maintained across various process conditions, including those with interfacial tensions as low as 3.0 dyne/cm.
