The AquaSep Plus LCS06B1AH is a 6-inch liquid-liquid coalescer designed to efficiently separate entrained water from hydrocarbon and chemical streams, even in the presence of surfactants. This multiple-stage system utilizes a glass fiber coalescer medium that is engineered to resist disarming from surfactants, a common problem for conventional coalescers. It is capable of reducing inlet water concentrations as high as 3% by volume (30,000 ppmv) to a level below 15 ppmv in the effluent. The robust design and advanced media allow for effective separation of emulsions with an interfacial tension as low as 3.0 dyne/cm. By removing both particulate matter and dispersed liquids, this coalescer helps maintain fluid purity and protect downstream equipment.
