Description
Clean, dry gas with simple, reliable sealing. This SepraSol single open-ended element uses a pleated, resin-bonded medium with polymer support and drainage layers to capture aerosols and fine solids at a low saturated differential pressure. A stainless steel core adds axial strength, and a hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment speeds drainage and reduces re-entrainment for fast recovery after slugs. Typical results include high efficiency removal at 0.3 micrometer and very low downstream liquid levels. Apply this design to protect compressors, turbines, membranes, and catalysts in refining and gas plant service.
