The CS604LGBT2H13 is a Medallion HP liquid-gas coalescer built for demanding amine and ammonia gas services. Its high-efficiency glass microfiber medium removes entrained liquids at 99.999% at 0.3 micron (DOP), driving downstream liquid levels toward 1 ppb per modified ANSI CAGI-400 test. Solids efficiency is 99.7% for particles larger than 0.3 micron, protecting valves, meters, and catalysts from fine dust. The large-diameter element design provides high effective area to reduce changeouts and minimize vessel count. Stainless steel end caps add durability, while the SOE (Single Open Ended) configuration supports secure sealing. Typical applications include amine contactor inlet and outlet, glycol contactors, membrane and mole-sieve protection, compressor and turbine protection, and sales-gas polishing. The element is rated to a burst pressure of 50 psid and can operate to 180 C in dry gas or 60 C when water is present in the stream. Choose B-style when amine or ammonia compatibility is required to maintain efficiency and service life in sour-gas treating and similar services.
