Seitz® K Series Depth Filter Sheets, K 250 600x612

Seitz K 250 bridges polishing and coarse clarification, delivering higher dirt capacity than K 150 while maintaining manageable pressure behavior. Its cellulose-mineral structure couples depth adsorption with surface capture to reduce dispersed solids and haze in beverages and process liquids. Typical applications include prefiltration before final cartridges, wine and juice clarification, and protection of downstream membranes. Sheets are manufactured for homogeneity and consistent permeability, supporting repeatable lot-to-lot results. They can be hot-water or steam-sanitized within standard limits and are usually rinsed before production for clean start-up. The 600 x 612 mm format fits common plate-and-frame presses and allows staged operation with coarser K grades upstream and tighter KS or EK sheets downstream.
