The CS604LGT2H13 is a Medallion HP SOE (Single Open Ended) coalescer engineered to cut liquid aerosols and solids to ultra-low levels. Its high-efficiency glass microfiber medium coalesces liquids at 99.999% at 0.3 micron and captures 99.7% of particles larger than 0.3 micron. The large-diameter geometry delivers high effective area, so fewer elements are needed to meet flowâ€"reducing vessel diameter, capital cost, and changeout frequency. With stainless steel end caps and a robust media pack, it supports reliable service in compressor and turbine protection, amine and glycol contactors, gas membrane and mole-sieve protection, pipeline and station service, and sales-gas polishing. Rated to 50 psid burst, the element is suitable to 180 C in dry gas and 60 C when water is present. As an A-style construction, it is compatible with most applications and provides a versatile fit for upstream, midstream, and downstream gas processes seeking stable operation and cleaner gas.
