The CS604LGT2DH13 Medallion HP coalescer couples a high-capacity, large-diameter element with a glass-microfiber medium to deliver best-in-class liquid and solids control. Liquids are removed at 99.999% at 0.3 micron, and solids at 99.7% above 0.3 micron, improving gas quality and reducing downstream maintenance. Its high effective filtration area lowers element count and changeout frequency, enabling smaller vessels and reduced installed cost. The A-style construction is broadly compatible for general gas processing. Typical duties include compressor inlet and outlet protection, turbine protection, amine and glycol contactor service, membrane and mole-sieve protection, and sales-gas polishing. Operating limits include a 50 psid burst pressure and maximum temperatures of 180 C in dry gas or 60 C with water present. The DOE (Double Open Ended) connection offers straightforward installation where double-open-ended housings are specified. Use CS604LGT2DH13 to stabilize operations, cut liquid carry-over, and safeguard downstream equipment in new builds or retrofits.
