The Claris CLR1040M7WS480 extends run length with a 40-inch format and a robust melt-blown depth matrix. Multiple polypropylene fiber zones create a graded pore structure that maximizes dirt capacity and helps maintain stable differential pressure. Thermally bonded construction prevents media sloughing, while an extruded core supplies strength without compromising depth performance. The all-polypropylene build avoids adhesives, binders, and surfactants for broad fluid compatibility. This single-open-end version uses a fin end with locking tabs and external 226 silicone O-rings to deliver a repeatable, leak-tight seal in compatible housings and faster, cleaner changeouts.
