Seitz® K Series Depth Filter Sheets, SEITZ-EK 400x400

Seitz EK sheets provide tight, fine clarification with microorganism reduction capability for finishing duties ahead of final filters. The homogeneous cellulose-mineral media delivers a consistent cut-point and controlled pressure growth, helping you achieve bright, stable products without excessive changeouts. EK is a common choice in beer and wine polishing and in sensitive ingredients or juices where appearance is critical. Sheets may be hot-water or steam-sanitized under standard guidance and rinsed prior to service to establish clean start-up conditions. The 400 x 400 mm size suits compact presses used in small-batch operations or trials and can be staged with K grades upstream to balance dirt capacity before a final EK or EKS step.
