The SUPRAdisc II 7007869 is a 12-inch (284 mm) module designed for fine filtration and microbial reduction in food and beverage applications. It is constructed with EK grade filter sheets, a sterilizing grade media made from cellulose and fine diatomaceous earth (DE). This grade is highly effective for yeast removal and reducing the microbial load in wine and beer. The patented SUPRAdisc II design, with its rigid internal separators, prevents media blinding and provides superior stability, allowing the module to be backflushed.
