The SUPRApak SH 5700 LW module is specifically designed for the chill and polishing filtration of distilled spirits. This L-size (16-inch) module is constructed from ion-reduced Seitz IR Series filter sheets, which undergo a proprietary treatment to ensure extremely low levels of extractable ions like calcium and magnesium. This feature reduces the risk of post-filtration precipitation and haze formation, protecting the final product's stability and clarity. The unique "edge flow" design provides a high filtration capacity in a compact, enclosed system, offering higher throughput and increased adsorption capability compared to classical sheet filtration.
