PSS® Plus Metal Elements, MBS1001PAHH

The MBS1001PAHH is a 10-inch PSS Plus porous-metal element built from 316L stainless steel for aggressive liquid and steam applications. A state-of-the-art manufacturing method creates a tighter, more uniform pore structure that improves filtration efficiency and narrows permeability spread. The AH rating provides 10 µm liquid and 1 µm gas capability, suitable for clean-steam service as well as solvents, chemical intermediates, heat-transfer fluids, and high-temperature gases. Typical clean pressure drop is low, and the element is rated to 75 psid differential pressure in forward or reverse flow at 200 F. Nominal filter area is 0.05 m2, contained in a 2.33 in diameter body that integrates readily into sanitary housings. Viton O-rings complete a rugged assembly for dependable, repeatable performance across beverage utilities.
