The Emflon PFRW AB1PFR7WH4 cartridge is a sterilizing grade filter for critical compressed gas and vent applications. This 10-inch element uses a robust, high-area, double-layer 0.2 µm PTFE membrane to reliably remove bacteria and bacteriophages. Its strongly hydrophobic nature prevents wetting out in high humidity, ensuring consistent performance and process security. The cartridge is validated for multi-cycle in-situ steam sterilization in both forward and reverse directions. It also has a particulate removal rating of 0.003 µm in dry gases. Configured with a Code 7 adapter (226 O-ring with fin) and silicone O-rings, this individually serialized and integrity-tested filter is a trusted choice for sterile gas applications.
